Question Unable to fill in screen and everything's too high, can't seem to correct
Windows comes on full screen.
Internet shaves off top inch of info and leaves bottom inch black.
I changed screen resolution back and forth, changed fonts, tried to go back to previous time when not having a problem, but now, unless, I sign out of screen I'm on, I don't have the Start Bar to work with.
I have a hp pavilion f1703 screen.

Do you have menu buttons on monitor itself?

Or under front edge of monitor are there a form of dials or knobs underneath?
