Programs don't see net connection
Hi again
 Well everything works fine with my dsl connection but sometimes, programs like zonealarm(i think) or windows installer (I can only guess by the icons in the taskbar) pop up the dial up connection window(the one you get if you start IE while offline) as if they want to connect but dont see my connection even though I am perfectly ok connected. If I press connect everything works fine again. But if I press cancel it actually disconnects me from the internet... |

Hi, try this> go to Control Panel>Internet Options>Connections. Tick "never dial a connection."

Haha thanks, love you :P Didn't remember this existed. Well I can't be 100% sure its fixed since its pretty random but it sounds like the exact solution
