Default XP Admin settings

Hey,

Does anyone know what you type into Run to bring up the Restrictions for user accounts?

I did it in a computing class a few months ago but forgot what you type in!

Thanks a lot.

Could you not just use user accounts in control panel and change user account type there?

Doesn't give me enough flexibility. A friends brother is 14 and starting to explore the internet more than he should be!! They have tried blocking sites through internet options, but he cottoned on to that and changed it back!
