I have seen some RB3A.tmp file in my recycle bin. If anyone can explain me what exactly is this and why its happening..

Hello and welcome to PC Help Forum.
They are temp files from/downloading/msn/yahoo/opening web pages/ etc. Some times you are not able to delete these files unless you close all applications like IE/Yahoo/MSN and so on.
