Hello X20A,
If you right click on your desktop, and go to Arrange Icons By, and then click on Show Desktop Icons, what happens? |

ok, my problem is when window is loading at the desktop page(starting antivirus and the sound control), after a while, the icons and taskbar will disappear and reappear after few secs, just like reloading the desktop page(antivirus and sound control reloading). this problem keeps repeating. why?
is it due to virus? |

Oh right, so for some reason the "explorer" task which handles your taskbar and desktop icons is ending for some reason. Have you installed any new applications recently?
If so, then uninstall them to see if any of these are causing your problems. Otherwise it may well be virus or malware as you suggested. For that, you will need to follow PCHF Prework on my signature, and I'll transfer this to the Hijack This forum for you when done. |

I think, I know what's the problem. I had something like that about 2 yrs ago. So, turn on your PC, when it has started (desktop image you can see), press ctrl+alt+delete, then chose file (upper left side) and New Task (Run...), then on that window, what will appear, write in - explorer (without - sign). Did this help? And, I got rid of it, when I reinstalled my Windows...
