Default Hard Drive Swap

Hello again everyone, it's been a long time since i have been on here.

Recently, after 5 years of trusty loyal service, my (once Uber gaming Rig) computer has become slow and feeling the wear of a full 80gig hard drive. The computer is still resonably fast for a Pentium 4, but as its full it's sluggish.

I have purchased a 300gig SATA drive. Is there a way of copying the all the data from my old IDE drive onto the 300gig drive so the computer will just run off the new drive as nothing has changed.

I'm in the process of making more room, but it's taking a long time deleating and saving to DVD's.

Also i remember using a tool on here that somone gave me that showed you where all the Clumps of data were on your computer. I'm sure it was called soemthing to do with trees.

thanks

Martin
