I've reinstalled Windows XP on my PC after a virus and everything seems to running fine now except...

...I think there may be some sort of a graphics problem?!?! For example when I scroll down a web page, instead of it continously scrolling down, it needs to load each time instead (does that make sense?) Also if I move a window across the screen it won't move smoothly, it will kind of jump each time its moved... is that to do with graphics?

Any ideas on how to solve it as it makes surfing the internet incredibly slow.

Hello! I have the same problem. I have reinstalled XP on my sister's PC after she managed to collect so many viruses that it wasn't working anymore. :-)

Unfortunately, I don't know what graphic card is inside 'cause I haven't worked on that PC before and she doesn't know where the stuff (CDs, manuals ect.) is...

I have followed your advice about running Everest, and I the report says that graphic card is "ATI Radeon X700 LE (RV410)".

However, I cannot find the driver for it...
