I seriously have no idea why, but when ever I attempt to click My Music file open or navigate back to it using the back button, it takes about 30 seconds to open up and theres not even 15 gigs of music in there. Even if there was, it shouldn't take a long time to open. Also my Firefox doesn't as quickly as I'd like it to. It seems like since I uninstalled my Nvidia firewall and installed ZoneAlarm so I could run uTorrent it's been acting up. Maybe its just uTorrent? Gah. It's probably all in my head.... hahaha.

It is natural for computers to slow down after awhile..But here is somthings you can do to speed them up again


Dowload cleanup from below and use it and reboot.

Then download diskeeper and run it twice on all yer partitions
