Default "Insufficient System Resources"

Hi, my work computer has suddenly today decided not to open Corel Quattro Pro.
Whenever I try to open it it comes up with "Insufficient System Resources" and then wants to send an error report and closes. I can open other Corel applications and many other programs. I recently installed drivers for a Hewlett-Packard printer so I uninstalled them and the problem still occurrs.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Brandon

try and open Corel and there should be a little red or yellow mark that pops up under system.. Press the little clipboard up top and paste that into your next post..See screenshot

Hey thanks a heap Merlin, sorry for the delay, at lunch!
I did what you asked and the error was coming up in application, not system. I couldn't get the attachment of the screenshot to post here so I will outline the results below.

Within application:
Type: Error
Source: Application Error
Category: None
Event: 1000
Description: Faulting Application qpw.exe, version 8.0.0.611, faulting module qpw.exe, version 8.0.0.611, fault address 0x00018855.

I hope this helps and provides all the information you may need,
Thanks again
