If it is XP
Try going into your system info or whatever, usually when it says "Press F2 For BIOS", press F10 instead, and once you do that go to your system restore point. By doing that you should be able to run your system again . . .

If it's XP, try to log on as Admininstrator in "Safe Mode". Ask if you need to know how to do this. Then do system restore from there if the above thread don't work.

yes it is XP pro i tried a system restore but came up with the same thing its funny that once in safe mode under admin. works great... than ill reboot it...then it will logon in ok but from that point if i restart the compu. again .. ill get that error
