Default [Fixed] Help

I just had to buy a new computer because my laptop would not do anything, I turn it on and a bunch of programs pop up thanks to my sister and wont let me close them or do anything. I do not know what is wrong with it and I need alot of the info that is on it. Can anyone give me ideas as to what could be wrong. Once it is turned on it wont even shut off unless I let the battery die.

I need the info that is on the computer, but I am frustrated with it and want to throw it out the window, so if it is fixable I just need my info off of it, then I would want to sell it being I have a differant computer now, or sell it and lose the information. I have read some of the other posts and have no clue what people are saying to check for so I am frustrated cause I am an idiot when it comes to computers

I keep trying to add a response and it wont let me for some reason so I am trying again. I got the computer from a monthly rental place brand new and paid it off in three months and they said it doesnt come with disks and that everything was installed in the computer, and I paid 900 for the compute and dont have any disks when this place obviously lied

Try this
To use PC Restore:
1 Turn on the computer.
During the boot process, a blue bar with Learn about Dell's laptops, desktops, monitors, printers plus computer electronics & accessories. appears at the top of the screen.
2 Immediately upon seeing the blue bar, press <Ctrl><F11>.
If you do not press <Ctrl><F11> in time, let the computer finish starting, and then restart the
computer again.
NOTICE: If you do not want to proceed with PC Restore, click Reboot in the following step.
3 On the next screen that appears, click Restore.
4 On the next screen, click Confirm.
The restore process takes approximately 6–10 minutes to complete.
