We haven't actually done anything to fix the issue have we? I'm guessing that the underlying problem is still there, but hang fire until you experience any more problems. Keep the warranty in mind, any sniff of these problems coming back then send it straight back.
It's quite normal to see a device sharing the same IRQ or IO.
Conflicts however can easily cause a PC to crash, however all of those devices listed above were ruled out from the dump/log files you posted in the begining.
From
Control Panel, System, Hardware tab, followed by
Device Manager, go to a device that is in conflict. Right click on that device and go to
Properties. Click on the
Resources tab. If the device is really in conflict, you should be able to see the conflicting device at the bottom of the screen. From there you can untick
Use Automatic Settings. Click on the resource that is in conflict (IRQ/IO/Memory) and then
Change Setting. Move to a value until you receive a "No conflicts" message. Some more information can be found here:
