I don't know whether this might apply to yours, but I can turn my screen around using Ctrl+Alt+ any arrow key. Try them all until you get it back straight. If this works, Ctrl+Alt+Up Key should restore it.

If you're using an Nvidia graphics card, then you can use the N-view Keystone to adjust your angle

It would appear that you managed to press CTRL + ALT + Left Arrow.
To correct this problem simply click CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow.
