Help us identify your problems by posting snapshots of your screen (screen shots). This is a very easy and simple process, here is what you need to do:

Making and Saving a screen shot

Press the [Print Screen] button on your keyboard.

Go to your usual package you use for painting, or use the basic tool that comes with Windows, which can normally be found in Start, All Programs, Accessories, followed by Paint.

Click Edit followed by Paste to paste your screen shot.

Click File followed by Save As. Save the document to a location you'll remember. At the bottom of the "Save As" window, click the dropdown box under Save as Type and select JPEG from the list of options followed by Save.

How to Attach your screen shot

When it comes to your reply, below the "Quick Reply" message box, click on: "Go Advanced"

The advanced screen will give a "Reply to Thread" screen with more options. Click on the attachment icon: and a Manage Attachments window will appear.

Under the section "Upload File from your computer", click on the first Browse... button, and a Choose file window will appear.

Browse to the location where you saved the document. Once you find the file, double click on it to return to the Manage Attachments window.

Under the "Upload File from your computer", click on the Upload button, and you will then see your file appear under the "Current Attachments" section. Once you have done this, click on Close this window at the top right hand corner of the screen.
