Hi, This is my first post on your most excellent forum!

I do hope somebody can help me.
I have Windows XP on my PC. Recently & not associated with any change I've made to the PC that I'm aware of, the scroll bar on the active window (the one where I have the mouse cursor at the time) randomly slides up and down, usually ending up heading towards the bottom of the page but still moving up & down. It makes it very difficult to read a web page and almost impossible to click on links.
- This problem doesn't happen all the time. During this current PC session the movement of the scroll bar was very severe for approx the first 45 mins after boot-up and had now stopped completely
- When the problem is present the rate of random movement of the scroll bar appears to be related to CPU activity
- I've tried a different keyboard after reading a similar post where it was suggested that the space bar might be the problem. A new keyboard makes no difference to the problem
Please help !
