Hello,

My computer has been running sluggish lately, and a friend reccomended hijack this. I was reading about it and this was on the list of helpful forums, so i ran hijack this and got this log.

Can anyone decode this for me? I need to know if i should get rid of anything.

i cant figure out how to attach it in the edit statement but i accidentaly posted this thread twice and the other thread has an attachment on it, i just accidentaly posted it on this one without the log.
