Hello there, I have a problem with my computer right now, the problem is that nothing loads. When i click on a program, whatever one it is it wont start, it just shows the loading sign for a phew seconds and nothing actually comes up. I really don't know why this has started to happen, but, im not sure if this was the reason but it happened shortly after i downloaded CDClone (which is unistalled now, but would like to eventually use it). The only way i can access anything is to go into safe mode. Could anyone help?

Two thoughts, have you tried a system restore to before you installed CDClone? Also, where did you download it from?

Cheers and I had thought about a system restore but it wasn't turned on unfortunately. I downloaded it from filehippo.com

have you looked in Task manager to see if there are any services running that could have been left behind by CDClone? or look in the startup tab of msconfig, something could be interfering as you say safe mode is fine

I cant see any traces of CDClone thus far, but i think their were more programs in task manager in normal mode so ill just reboot and take a look.

Take a look here >Sysinfo.org and see if there is anything on your startup list that shouldnt be there

Nope, couldn't see anything in task manager or using msconfig, unless something from CDClone was running with a not so obvious name. So is it most likely definitely from CDClone, or could it be something else?
