It looks to me like either your motherboard circuitry or your PSu (most likely) is shot. but lets not jump to conclusions.

dunno. lol wow those voltages are really wacked out. I recommend buying a new power supply, and replacing teh CMOS battery. (Silver Oxide, or Lithium Ion 3.3v) try this power supply

EDIT>> Actually, first, remove the main power connector from the motherboard, and check it for damage (melted plastic, blackened, etc etc)

Hey brustlhr,

Can you give us a clear picture, of what devices are connected all together (including USB hubs powered/unpowered), and where they are connected to. Which ones are working, and which are not?

You mentioned your mouse works fine. What happens if you plug your mouse into a port that doesn't work for your other devices?
