How do you format a hardrive if you don't have WINDOWS CD or RECOVERY DISK or whatever??

Hi there and welcome to PCHF. If you don't have a Windows CD or a Recovery CD, the only other possible way is if your recovery was Hard Drive based. What is the make/model of your PC?

You can certainly format the drive without a Windows CD but you will be left with a blank drive. If that's what you need to achieve then visit our Link Partner here: Bootdisk.Com and grab a bootdisk and the information required.
