i have searched in google and it deos not come up with anyting so i am asking the people of pchelpforum to answer the queston has anyone else had a problem with there pc. i turn the pc on and it 10-20 mins in it says unknowen in cause of error box but then when i click on the dont send button my pc crashes or the destop vanishes explorer.exe then reapers a few mins later.

We need more info to try to find it.
Have you tried allowing it to send the report to MS ?

It sounds like
Windows Explorer itself is crashing-- as this is part of the operating system... I would suggest a repair install if you have the install disc
