Question [Answered] update my 'my music' folder

Is it possible to update my 'my music' folder from Windows media?

Thanks, I am using Windows Media 11

(Background: My computer crashed recently losing all my stored music - so i dtored music directly from my mp3 player. However the files all now have names as allocated my the mp3 player (letters and numbers of no relevance). WM however, has remembered all the music that was previously on the computer and with help from the internet has named it correctly.
I was wondering if it can be done in WM - can the same process be used for the 'my music' folder?

No, it works fine - i just wondered if there was a easy way to update the names of the files in 'my music' folder eg in a similar way that windows media updates the song details from the internet.

ok then i see well you cant really update them unless you got them off a cd and windows media player wont update them unless it was off a cd so i suggest if you have time listin to the first words and go to google and put (Eg: welcome to the jungle we got fun lyrics)
like that and it will come up with the song that has that in its lyrics and it will tel lyou the name of the song and you just haft to manually update it.

Hope i could help
