Hi welcome to PCHF if the laptop has been reloaded it will be a hardware issue. I would start with testing the memory. When it crashes is it just freezing or giving the BSOD or any error message at all?

I'd recommend starting with the possibility of overheating, especially with a laptop.

Please download speedfan from here http://www.almico.com/speedfan433.exe
Install the program and run it (Try to leave your laptop on for a bit first, which might be tricky with the crashing). Take a screenshot and upload it here so we can see if there's an overheating problem.

Thanks

Your processor does seem hot, but I'm not entirely sure how much the temps will vary from a PC to laptop. One of the tech team will tell you whether that may be causing it or not
