hi there i am having some seriously annoying issues here almost everytime i try to connect to the internet my pc tells me im working off line i do everything it says to put this right eg tools and click work off line or i will click connect when it asks but nothing seems to work...is there anything i can do?

Hi there shaun16, are you using Internet Explorer 7.0, if not what software is giving you the error message? Also, if you could post the exact error message you get, it would help. To do this, when you get the error, press CTRL + C. Then you can paste it into a reply here.
