Hi again
well i did everything as instructed to me yesterday and my pc was up and running really well again and i was oh so very happy! - however today the following has happened first of all once again it will not let me shut down and secondly, almost everytime i connect to the internet it tells me im working off line even though i am not, and it's driving me mad! i keep clicking the work off line option in the tools box and i click connect when it says connect but it does nothing for me why is it doing this and how can i fix it....thanks guys.

My kids keep turning their computer off at the wall rather than properley shutting it down and now it just shows the blak saafe mode screen but wont even allow me to go into safe mode........plse help
