Default Reboot issue

Ok i just recently built a new computer using a AMD AM2 3400+ Sempron, 2gb PQI dual channel kit and a Ultra 500watt power supply. The mobo has a 24 pin connector but the P/S has 20 pin.

I have 3 internal HDs (one IDE and 2 SATA) and a DVD burner (internal)

Now when i boot up my computer it works fine for awhile then when i double click a video to play or close certain programs the computer reboots.

I am using the onbaord graphic card.

Why is it rebootin? Do i need a 20 to 24pin adaptor for my computer?

HELP!

Yeah i just bought a Ultra (Modular) Power Supply 550watt (replaced my cheap 350).But the P/S has only 20 pins instead of what the new mobo connector has which is 24pins. I also noticed on Tiger Direct that Ultra has a adaptor. A few of my friends have this P/S and it works fine for them. As i stated before im using onboard video.

Link to adaptor. Ultra X-Connect 20 To 24 Pin MB Cable UV Green (For use with Ultra X-Connect Only) ULT31602 at TigerDirect.com

Heh, sorry I missed that part - Get the adapter, test it and come back to us if the problem persists.

Ok im ordering it now but a few people told me that i shouldnt have a problem with only the 20 pin connector unless i have a graphic card other then the onboard. Just weird hope this works
