Default Cannot delete files!

It is bugging me for about half year now, and it is making me crazy, I could not find a solution still except Unlocker which I installed some time a go and it softens the problem a bit, but in some cases it wont help either.

So the problem is when i try to shift+delete some files or want to rename or move some files i get the next :

Then i click ok, and try shift+delete again and I get:

In these case I got some 4 explorer use of a list but sometime it goes 10 same items in the list or sometime even more

Does someone had the same experience, i would really appreciate for some help.
Thanks forth!

Oh, I forgot to mention that the problem is related ONLY for Video files or folders that contain Video files.

Welcome to PC Help Forum

You need to be logged as Admin? are you the Admin on this machine?..
Try to delete it in Safe Mode and see if you will be able to delete it.
Take the ownership of it and then delete:
"How to take ownership of a file or folder in Windows XP"
How to take ownership of a file or folder in Windows XP
Or you can download this tool and delete with it:
CCleaner - Home

Sorry, a restart is not an option, neither a safe mode, cause this comp is working constantly, and it have some server network duties, I have to solve it in this turn and not after, but I will try the CCleaner and report.
Thank you.

Hi ih8bills, the "Delete "Undeletable" Files" method is working. It demands some drills , times and nerves, but it actually does the job.
You are killing the explorer process and release the files from its usage, very nice, i knewed about killing the explorer process and starting it again but i did not know that you can run a command promt until the explorer is dead. Very nice tip. Maybe I will look more for a simplier solution or some util that erases undeletable files without restarting your system, but this method is just the surest way for now.
Big thanx!
