shut down problems

recently when ever i shut down 30 seconds to a min later my computer turns it self back on, unless i turn off the power supply, is this a setting or is sumthing wrong with my pc?

thats a similiar problem to what i was gonna post,if mine freezes up i turn it off by the power button on the front,but 5 or 10 minutes later it will turn back on ,confuses me

following on from this i have also noticed when i go to help and suppoet in xp ,nothing loads.

i found a virus in my documents using bit defender online,mc afee never found it though,gonna get rid of that now,hope that helps my problem

i had a similar if not the same problem, its psu i think
