Default [Fixed] Gamma Problem on my videos.

I get high gamma on some videos with all the same video-players, videos with the compression INDEO and some other compressors. And one video played normally with the compression MS-CRAM somehow
I tried to reinstall the INDEO compressor, and stuff like that, but it didn't work.

Could someone tell me what is going on with the playback?

Example of the high gamma video I had:

EDIT:
I also get a green lines speckeled screen, I cant take a screenshot of it somehow, because that screenshot will transform the green lines into black somehow.

lol DunkinDonut, welcome to PCHF. There's no need to bump a thread within a hour of posting, we are all volunteers and we try our best to answer *all* threads as soon as we can.

Do you know what graphics card you have Donut? And also, can I confirm this also happens with other video players?

The problem is for all the videos except the ones with MS-CRAM compression. And on my computer that is one file. One of the videos that had the problem was Indeo 5 Compressor.

Donut, can you check your overlay settings.

- Right click on your desktop and go to Properties, Settings tab.
- Click on Advanced, and click on the tab at the top right hand corner (NVidia).
- Select Classic View if prompted.
- Click on Display Controls on the left, and select "Video Overlay" at the bottom left.
- You'll be able to change your video settings from here.

Screen may vary depending on your graphics card, and the version of NVidia drivers installed.

Thanks a BUNCH, I only had to drag that contrast-scroller a little bit, and it was all good again. I could even set the thing back to the middle again, and still have the good contrast. And the other video, that didn't have the problem in the beginning, wasn't like... darker, so thats all good!

You guys are the best.!!!
