Well I have done a lot of upgrading of drivers and now I am getting a different error with BSOD saying process has locked pages. Anyway here is something else I found out. My removable media drives are ALL available when I am in safe mode. I can read and write to everything includng thumb drives I had never tried before. I can see my card reader on a printer I could not see before. What do I need to do to be able to see these under normal windows mode. I run a lot of programs, could I have something turned off.

There may be a delay between answer and questions because I just brought the wife home from the hospital, gall bladder removal.

I appreciate any help a heck of a lot, so thanks again.

Gene

Hope your wife gets well soon. My aunt had hers taken out last year. They wouldn't let her keep it in a jar, though.

Please follow this:

Along with the logs please post the contents of the folder C:\WINDOWS\MiniDump.

I do not have another in folder c:\Windows\Minidump. It says folder is empty.

When I click on the paperclip to add an attachment it does absolutely nothing. Well actually it turns blue but nothing else. This is not on the bad computer but from my laptop. I can clcik on everything else and it functions. What now? I never open manage attachment I am going to try another reply to see if it works then
