Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running Windows XP w/ service pack 2

Stop: 0x0000008E (0xBF84CAA6, 0xF4464C30, 0x00000000)
win32k.sys - address BF84CAA6 base at BF800000 date stamp 45f013f6

After this message it starts a physical memory dump.

I've tried running in all three safe modes as well as last known working configuration and the same thing happens. I can't get into Windows or the command prompt.

This error relates to this Microsoft article: Your Computer Stops Responding When You Use the Highlighter Feature and the Font Color Feature
(You will need to contact Microsoft directly to obtain the hotfix).
