In the display section of the control panel there is supposed to be a desktop tab....it is not there - i cannot change my wallpaper by any means - please help.

• There is no space for changing wallpaper in the display panel- right clicking a picture doesn't change it either. Also changing the theme won't change it.

Hi and welcome to PCHF!

Try this, right click on an open are of the desktop and select properties. In the properties, look for a Desktop tab there. In there you should be able to change your wallpaper.

If it is not there, try doing a repair install of Windows.
