Default Computer won't start up.... Please help!!!

Last night my husband was playing WOW.
The computer crashed, he restarted it and it ran fine for about another hour.
It crashed again and stayed crashed.
He got no error messages just black screen and the computer won't load up.
When we press te power button the computer turns on and sounds normal, fan is going all lights are on ect...
However the monitor never recognizes a signal, it sits there blank with the VGA no signal box.
The computer does not start up, we don't hear the start up music it just sits there doing nothing. The monitor light goes orange like when i turn the PC off but leave the monitor on. I have wireless keyboard and mouse and even though there is power to the PC the indicators to these are not flashing as if there is no power to them. Also the power indicator light on the front goes off, even though the power is on...
Any ideas?
This is my PC i have made no changes to it

Possibly a bad psu, do you have another to swap out? (Make sure it is suitable for your computer specs )
After the first crash, was there any error message when he booted again?
Does Safe Mode work?
