Can you take your cd and place it in someone else computer to see if there is an image on it?
Have you set the boot order to cd rom as first device?

Yes there is an image on the CD, and yes I have the CD rom booting first... But my computer is FREEZING whenever I press a key to BOOT FROM MY CD!

Re: Booting from CD problems...
Are you using a usb keyboard? Have you tried an ps2 keyboard?
Have you tried swithing the ports (if it were USB device)
Have you clean the lens inside the cd rom?

You could see if it would boot but DO NOT install it. We just want to rule out a bad cd-rom or a bad cd
