Need Help Figuring out Spyware

Every day my computer seems to be showing something new wrong with it. I really do not want to do a complete format and re-install. I have attached my hijack this report, and would like info as to what may be going on, and maybe how I can fix this mess. Thanks!

I also think I have the acebot (dr watson postmordem debugger) as well. Any suggestions as to a program to remove this?
