unfortunatly a tool bar has added its self to my IE and is now causing the pc to run slow.

have run norton anitvirus and it has removed a few things however this still remains and i cant seem to disable it or remove it

on IE start up this bar launches a pop up which if you click yes takes you to a site to purchase some anti spyware/virus software.

does anyone know how i can go about removing this as it is proving to be a right pain
