hi everyone,
Can anyone help with this issue please?

I've been running the PC with a wireless card for several months with no problems. Now I can't display web pages. ("Page cannot be displayed" error) .. HOWEVER - the PC still connects to MSN Messenger, downloads my Adware updates and downloads Windows updates (AVG will not connect to download though).
I've tried the following:

1. Run a virus sweep
2. Run an adware sweep (Adware and Windows own malware program)
3. Restored the PC to an earlier date when I know it was connecting fine
4. Tried both of my ISP's (my other PC connects fine via Ethernet, and my laptop + XBOX both connect wirelessly with no problems, to both networks)
5. Flushed my DNS server

Can anyone please help before I do a full re-install of Vista?

Hi there mate. Check your proxy settings in your browser and make sure there are no dodgy entries in your HOSTS file.

Doing the Prework and letting the security guys take a look at it will also probably help.
