when i log on i get an error when i access a site i get knock off im stressed

Can you explain in much more detail please ida, there's billions of possible error messages out there, can you tell us the exact error message you are getting? Does this occur whenever you access any web site or just certain sites? What web browser are you running? Any when this happens, does the browser close?

So these sound like two unrelated problems ida. The alsndmgr.cpl is for your sound. Can you play sound normally on your PC?

Also, can you give me an example of a game site that you use? What web browser are you using? Am I right in saying that Internet Explorer or whatever browser your using just shuts itself down without any error?

i always use internet explorer 7 and mozella i cannot even log into my control panel

I Just Checked Sound Had A Box That Said An Exception Occured Trying To Run Mmsys,cpl Showfullcontrolpanel

That error will appear if it can't find alsndmgr.cpl, it sounds like this program has been uninstalled. It will still allow you into Control Panel (as you may have noticed by uninstalling IE 7). It means that one of the icons cannot be displayed. From Control Panel, are you able to go to System?

Does your PC play any sound when you start the PC, or shut it down? Are you able to play any music through the PC, does your PC make any noise at all?

Also, for your IE 7 problem, can you give me an address/example of a web site your having problems accessing? This may help me to narrow your problems down further.

Finally, what make and model PC do you have ida?
