Hi,

I have been unable to use explorer for quite a while as it takes forever to load up and resorted to firefox which loads fine. However recently everything has been taking ages to load up sporadically and it just completely failed and i got a blue screen saying that a file had gone wrong (I don't know exactly) and the only way that I could get around it was to do a system restore in safe-mode. Previous attempts to do a system restore before today have proved impossible in normal mode.

Please Help!

I think that theres something wrong with my hard drive.

Sometimes it runs fine and then other times its just terrible!
