Default Re: Exception error?

If you are getting this error-- it seems specific to Adobe Acrobat -- from what I can find
I would uninstall (again)
open regedit-- look under HKCurrent User/software/program files-- Adobe-- right-click and delete-- the entire folder
do the same under HKLocal Machine/software/program files.

Then use the Windows search to look for

adobe
then
acrobat

delete any files from Adobe or Acrobat reader-- be careful of course
or you could download & run Easy Cleaner :
|MG| EasyCleaner 2.0

basically what is probably happening is bit's and pieces of Adobe from the last several versions have been left behind-- uninstallers are famous for missing stuff.
The accumulated registry entries / parts of code-- mess up everything.

Once you've got it good and cleaned out ...REBOOT.

Then-- if you want you can reinstall Adobe-- but I prefer Foxit reader. It is also free and half the size of Adobe's "bloatware"-- so it works better.
Foxit Software
