should i clean with ccleaner in safe mode?

I accidently did delete the treats that avg found and not quarantine it. does it matter?

well, log's still pretty clean, and SAS and avg show nothing but cookies. Did you ever answer dahli at the other thread?

lyxell, there's a lot of things that can cause this. First of all, download and run Microsoft RegClean:
|MG| Microsoft RegClean 4.1a Build 7364.1

Next, I want you to go to Start > Run, and run msconfig. Disable ctfmon.exe.

Next, try Start > Run, and run sygverif.

Another cause is, oddly enough, if you have very large Zip files in the root of your drive. If you do, move them elsewhere and it may fix it.

Well, the page for that just said make sure all signatures are valid. I'm not on a Windows computer right now and have never actually ran it. And yeah, I meant sigverif.
