Exclamation Requested lookup key not found?

Whenever I try to type anythin into the adress bar, open a new ie window, go back, click on a link i get a error message saying "the requested lookup key was not found in any activation context". I just used Clean up and restarted my computer and then this started happening, it is very annoying and limits my use of Internet explorer.

Are you using IE 7? If you are, IE 7 has some compatibility issues with some programs. For example, it won't run if you are running Zone Alarm. I had that same problem. I just got rid of Zone Alarm, rebooted, and everything worked. (By the way, you'll have to start your computer in Safe Mode before removing Zone Alarm. It's a problem Microsoft hasn't fixed yet...) If that doesn't work, try getting some updates from Microsoft. I'll help you anyway I can...

Maybe. Do you have ANY programs that can do un-delete, such as Tune-Up Utilities 2006/2007? Also, what VERSION of AVG are you running?
