Hmm I tried with both the onboard graphics and the other one but still I didnt get anything, But when I unplugged the screen from the ports it read on the screen 'no signal' Im guessing that means when the monitor is plugged in that the monitor is receving a signal with the computer It just doesnt know what to do? or something

No, that means the screen is not getting any signal from the board/video card, meaning, nothing is coming from the board.

Do you have another motherboard to try your video card with?

Unforutanatly no, but a light is on on the motherboard does that mean anything? If nothing is coming out of the motherboard does that mean its like... dead?

I want to say no.. but I'll settle for a maybe.

It can be either the motherboard, CPU, or RAM at this point, and unless you have replacements to enable testing of each individually, there's little ways of narrowing down the problem as far as I know =\

If you could just find another motherboard or CPU, or memory to etst with, like from a mate or something, and pinpoint what part is bad, it would be easy then to just replace it
