Exclamation Major Setback

Hi! this is my first post, sorry it has to be in NEED! I have encountered a issue with my computer less than 1 week, it has now taken me 4 days to get on a site to find some help. My computer basically stop performing, it lags while making my mouse inoperable. very tough task to try and trouble shoot without a mouse! After all my hard work i am able to use my mouse once every few minutes. So sorry if my post seems long.. i just have a huge headache from this problem. i have been all over the internet looking for answers. I am still in the same place i started from the beginning. I have tried every AV and AD ware program possible, I used all registry cleaners possible. Almost everything i could possibly find to figure my problem out. Haha you can laugh but i reformatted 4 times since a week ago and i am still having the lagging issue, my mouse is the MAIN issue. the mouse and computer itself performs well above average, i just can not put a finger on why my computer would continue to loose communication with my mouse, btw i have tried using all updates to everything! believe me i tried to work it out on my own! my computer just seems like it is cutting off communication then turning it back on... very aggravating. i have attached a HIJACKTHIS log, i hope i did it right. I just seen some people using it on here and i am hoping that it will help me with my problem.

Hi dserovey2g.

The Event Viewer lists hardware and program errors, not malware or performance occurrences.

Try the instructions in one of these:
