I Just installed a new Mach speed MSNV mobo and AMD CPU.
When I try to boot up, the WIndows XP startup screens shows for a very long time, then finally goes to the BSoD. (STOP message is a series of number/letters, nothing specific, if I should report the BSoD data, then no problem).
I am able to boot up in Safe Mode no problem.
The only hardware I installed was a Nvidia Video card, as the MoBo doesnt have a built in VGA output.
I didn't reinstall the OS, which I am starting to thing is the problem. I thankfully partitioned windows apart from my data on the HDD, I just want to be VERY careful I don't delete any thing on the partition of data if I have to reinstall Windows, so any advice on that would be great...
Anyway, I am wondering if a new OS install will do the trick or possibly a less painful route is possible?? thanks.

This would make life much easier if so... I am looking around for ways to do this, any help would be great.
