Cool Trying to use HijackThis carefully, anyone have experience?

So I downloaded something or other that apparently had more than just the file hiding in it, and most anti-spyware programs can't stop these IE popups. I got rid of one major one with HijackThis, but I do not want to remove anything vital to the system by accident before I remove anything else.

This is what HijackThis detected on my system, and I need an experienced HijackThis user to tell me which of these are spyware and safe to delete, and which must not be deleted;
