I installed this program called instant lock, and what it does is lock and hide ur folders. so even if i do a start safe mode, i still wouldn't able to see my hidden folder. i can even go to task manager and delete explorer.exe and it still will hide the files. i tried going to the folder option and unhide all possible files, but that didn't work either.

the problem with the program is that every time i type my password, it gives me "error in login" message. so i tried uninstalling it, but it requires my password. i dont know why it doesn't accept my password. and i can't uninstall it without my password. i tried to manually uninstall the program by deleting all its file and went to the registery and deleted all its related files, i did every possible way to get rid of this software but it doesnt work. i dont see my folder anymore. its there, but its hidden and i can't access them. plz hep.

is there any possible way to access hidden files.

As we cannot prove that you are asking for help for legitimate purposes, we cannot post a security work around for this product in a public forum. I am sure you can understand this. My advice would be to go back to the developer/manufacturer of this product - Lock and hide folders. Password protect folder. Secure Files, Drives. Windows XP 2000 98 - and ask them for advice.
