I keep all my important documents in one file. I don't want to install and run back up software which will slow down my computer... etc. but I would like to set XP simply to make a copy of this one file to my USB stick each day. If someone could tell me if/how this is possible i'd be really grateful. Cheers,

Adam

Thanks for the advice - i downloaded some software called syncback in the end, which seems to be doing the job pretty well.
