I'm sorry, but creating a bootable XP install CD can't be done by either using a slipstreaming method or by copying files from your installation. If this were true everyone and their aunt Susie would be making copies for themselves.
Slipstreaming starts with an XP Installation CD's \I366 folder and updates the installer program to a newer service pack or adds hotfixes/updates to it to save installation time during the next reinstall. A really smart slipstreaming tool like
nLite can also preset a lot of settings that you would have to do manually just after a reinstall.
