Question I need help after performing a system recover

My computer was not shut down properly and when I restarted the computer I had to do a system recovery and now I have two versions of windows running. What I mean is when I go to "Documents and Settings" I see 3 folders:

Folder 1 says "All Users"
Folder 2 says "User"

This is normal

BUT now there's a new folder
Folder 3 that says "Liz" (which is my name)

I can still see my old files, but my computer is running using this new "Liz" version.
How do I delete the new version?

This happened to me once before and I took it to the computer doctor. He restarted the computer and pressed a button which took him to a screen that showed both the old and new version. He selected the unwanted version and deleted it. Problem solved. How do I get to this screen?

Hi Liz, welcome to PCHF.

Before you can delete the new profile, you must first log on with your old one (user). (You cannot delete a profile that is your logged onto).

Once you have logged on as user, go to My Computer, Control Panel, User Accounts, click on Liz and then Delete.

EDIT: Marked as Answered.
