Sorry if this is a rather easy/silly question but at the moment I cannot work out how to add a program installed on your PC to the 'All Programs' list via the Start button. I can work out how to pin it to the start menu but not to the ''All Programs' list. Many apologies if I have posted this in the wrong section.
